Nextt are looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in
Logan.
About you
- Must hold a FULL drivers license to provide community suppot
- Demonstrated success in helping participants build communication, social, and emotional regulation skills (experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans and associated training is essential)
- To support the client's communication needs, Tagalog language skills are highly desirable
Pay Rates
SCHADS Award B2.1 Casual Rates (before tax)
- Base hourly rate: $45.28
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $49.80
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $50.71
- Saturday: $63.39
- Sunday: $81.50
- Public holiday: $99.61
