Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Call Centre Operator to join our customer support team. This role is essential in handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional service and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients.
- Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Data Entry: Record customer details and maintain call logs in CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company services and platforms to provide informed support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet service targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Call Centre Operator or in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call centre software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
