We are currently seeking a highly motivated Client Manager to join our team in Penrith and surrounding regions. This role will be responsible for managing key vegetation management and tree contracts across various sectors including Councils, Rail and Roads.

Duties:
As a Client Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
· Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, in this all-round specialist role, you will be responsible for low- and high-level tree assessment, contract and client management.
· The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in making a difference to the urban amenity arboriculture industry and a background in the tree industry.
· Manage key contracts across the business, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
· Foster and maintain positive relationships with government clients in various sectors.
· Oversee and facilitate operational workflow, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
· Engage in a broad range of arboricultural, client and management tasks.
· Continue a positive and safe team culture.
About You:
An individual who demonstrates a lead-by-example mentality, displays natural confidence, has well developed decision-making ability and strives to exceed expectations will succeed in this role. Other criteria includes:
· Valid Driver's License
· OHS Construction Card (White Card)
· Demonstrated experience
· Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge
