This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of high-performing eCommerce clients, driving end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across the full performance mix -with a strong focus on Meta and Google.
You’ll play a key role in delivering real commercial impact, partnering closely with both clients and internal teams to optimise performance, unlock growth opportunities, and consistently push for best-in-class results.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll continue to refine your craft, elevate brand performance, and deepen your expertise within Paid Media.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong background in Performance Marketing, ideally within an agency environment supporting eCommerce clients
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and scale high-performing campaigns across Meta and Google (additional channels highly regarded)
- Deep understanding of key metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, and AOV - and how to translate these into meaningful business outcomes
- Experience running and analysing tests (creative, bidding, audience), with a focus on continuous optimisation and improvement
- A naturally curious, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for staying ahead in the Paid Media space
- Confident communicator, experienced in working with senior stakeholders and founders, presenting insights and driving strategy
