Practice Admin Assistant in Training
Full Time - Aboriginal Identified Role
The Trainee Practice Administration Assistant works with the Practice Admin Assistant to facilitate access to health services for Indigenous people and the wider community with quality reception and administrative support for patients and service providers.
The position also assists with patient transport as required.
The Trainee Practice Administration Assistant will complete a relevant Certificate III. This is a long-term commitment for both Maari Ma and the Trainee in training and satisfactory academic and workplace performance is a condition of continued employment.
Ongoing employment and progression through the salary levels is subject to development of competency, in a range of functions, through training and experience and ongoing funding.
Salary up to $55,340 gross per annum plus super

- undertake a National Police Check. Having a criminal record will not necessarily stop you from being employed. We will talk with you about it privately.
- Comply with the Maari Ma Staff Immunisation Policy. This is a category A position, Screening & vaccination for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, tuberculosis, varicella, and annual Influenza is mandatory
