Sales & Marketing Manager – House & Land Packages (Retirement Villages)
Fairway Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to head our growing team. This exciting role involves promoting and selling quality house and land packages within retirement villages located throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide clients through an important lifestyle decision with professionalism, empathy, and integrity. Experience in real estate, property sales, retirement living, or a related field will be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and managing sales enquiries
- Conducting appointments and village inspections
- Building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Coordinating marketing activities and promotional events
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting
- Working collaboratively with management to achieve sales targets
To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. A current driver's licence and the ability to travel across Perth metropolitan locations are essential.

Renumeration starts at $160,000 plus extras including commissions, car allowance, phone etc.
