Key Responsibilities
- Monitor venue entry and exit points to ensure patron safety
- Conduct ID checks and enforce RSA compliance
- Manage crowds calmly and professionally
- Respond to incidents and maintain a safe environment
- Liaise with venue staff and emergency services as required
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the venue
Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A – Crowd Control)
- Valid RSA Certificate
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work in fast-paced nightlife environments
Desirable
- Previous experience in pubs, clubs, or large venues
- Knowledge of nightlife operations and crowd management
