About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative and coordination support across a range of projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and project teams.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation and reporting.
Maintain accurate project records, registers, spreadsheets and databases.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
Track project timelines, actions, deliverables and key deadlines.
Assist with subcontract orders, purchase orders, invoices, and project expenses.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute project correspondence, reports and documentation.
Identify and follow up outstanding actions to keep projects progressing.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in project administration, office administration, coordination or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence communicating with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Procore software is desirable.
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
