About the Position
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will drive the growth and success of Brauer Swim’s commercial product range. You’ll lead business development initiatives, manage key relationships, and promote our industry-leading water treatment technologies to commercial aquatic centres, resorts, hotels, swim schools, councils, and facility managers across Australia.
The Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead commercial sales strategy, pipelines, and execution to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with B2B clients in the aquatics, leisure, pool builder, and development sectors. Deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal solutions.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Brauer Swim’s product range.

Solution Selling: Translate client needs into complete water treatment and compliance solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and technical teams to support tenders, campaigns, and project rollouts.

Training & Education: Conduct workshops, staff training sessions, and technical briefings for commercial partners and facility operators.

Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Corporate Events and Conferences: Attend conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and events where necessary.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in water treatment, pool technology, or facilities management industries.

Strong understanding of aquatic health and safety standards (e.g. pool disinfection, chlorination, filtration).

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Technical aptitude with confidence to explain complex systems in a clear and consultative manner.

Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Experience working with councils, leisure groups, and aquatic industry professionals is highly regarded.
