Join Rally as an OT (Occupational Therapist) supporting NDIS participants of all ages across Brisbane and South East Queensland — telehealth or in person, flexible contract, set your own hours.
About Rally
Rally delivers NDIS Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology with a team that actually talks to each other — shared notes and handovers on our own platform. Work by telehealth, in person, or a blend; it's your call. We've launched, we're onboarding participants, and we're growing our team across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
We've launched and we're onboarding participants now, so it's a good time to join and help shape how the service runs as we grow.
The role
This is your own caseload of NDIS participants across all ages: assessing, setting goals with families, and delivering occupational therapy however suits you and the participant, remotely or in person.
What the work involves
- Run assessments and goal-setting with participants and families of all ages, by telehealth or in person
- Write functional capacity assessments, reports and recommendations
- Cover the breadth of OT — everyday function, assistive technology, home modifications, SIL/SDA
- Collaborate with our Speech team on shared participant records
Why clinicians like working this way
- Work your way. Deliver by telehealth, in person, or a mix — it's up to you.
- Low admin. Our own platform handles your notes, scheduling and video calls, so more of your time goes to participants.
- A connected team. OTs and Speech Pathologists share notes and handovers on our platform, so you're never the lone provider.
- Flexibility with continuity. Set your own hours — we just ask you commit to consistency so participants get the best outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia — new graduates welcome
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check, a national police check, professional indemnity insurance and an ABN
- Confident working with participants over telehealth and in person
What we offer
A flexible contract you shape around your life, our own platform that keeps admin light, and a real OT and Speech team behind you — delivered however suits you, remotely or in person.
Keen? Apply via Indeed with your CV and a few lines about what draws you to coordinated NDIS care. Clinicians across Brisbane and South East Queensland welcome.
