About the role:
Internal career progression has created a wonderful opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our People, Performance & Culture team. In this fast-paced role, you'll support recruitment team and other learning, or employee services activities, provide exceptional customer service, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Role Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will be able to
- Provide effective administrative support to the PPC Team and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment team with vacancy management and provide regular reports or updates to hiring managers.
- Provide support and guidance to general enquiries up to intermediate level of technical knowledge (Tier 1 support).
- Provide good customers service and communications whether by email, calls or other communication channel to internal and external customers.
- Follow relevant policies and procedures relevant to the function.
- Conduct the required pre-employment checks relevant to the roles.
- Draft employment contracts using the template relevant to the role.
- Onboard candidates by updating the Talent Management System (TMS) and providing the necessary information to the Employee Services and Learning and Development Teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Certificate or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to deliver outcomes and work efficiently with competing deadlines
