As Team Leader, you guide the service with steadiness and clarity. You support your team to respond with confidence and compassion, creating an environment where women and children feel safe and supported. Your leadership shapes the early stages of their recovery and influences how families experience their first moments of safety, stability and hope.
You will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a specialist family violence service that includes crisis accommodation, case management, outreach and after‑hours response. You will support your team to deliver child‑focused, trauma informed and strengths‑based practice to women, children and young people experiencing or escaping family and domestic violence.
Alongside operational oversight, you will nurture a reflective, supportive team culture, build strong relationships with key partners and contribute to ongoing service development and quality improvement.
This permanent full-time position is within the Karratha Women and Children’s Centre, reporting to the Program Manager. Pay is in accordance with SCHADS Level 6.1. We are open to negotiating part-time arrangements down to 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours per week) for the right candidate.
