Merlo Coffee's Bowen Hills Torrefazione is our flagship café and roastery – It's a beautiful, fully licensed space featuring custom wall murals, a dine-in floor, a walk-up grab-and-go coffee window, and a boardroom for hire, sitting right alongside our Milano Bakehouse.
THE ROLE
We're after a Casual Wait Person to join our floor team delivering an à la carte dining experience. You'll be the face of the café – taking care of guests from the moment they sit down, with the warmth and polish that keeps them coming back.
ABOUT YOU
- Bright, bubbly personality – you're smiley, energetic and genuinely enjoy people
- Passionate about delivering a quality customer experience, every table, every time
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar à la carte wait staff role
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment as part of a great team
- Reliable and available across Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Available for immediate start
- Full working rights (sponsorship not available)

- Casual position – 35+ hours per week available
- Day shifts only – no night work
- Availability required: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
