THE ROLE
As Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you'll be a key player in creating the atmosphere for our Sydney HQ - bringing a positive, professional and "can do" energy that reflects The Living Co. vibe. Taking ownership of Level 14, you'll be the face of The Living Company, meeting and greeting guests and keeping the office running like clockwork.
Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting guests, answering calls and emails, and managing mail, couriers and deliveries
- Taking ownership of the front of house level, ensuring meeting rooms, supplies and equipment are always ready to go
- Coordinating office events, communications and activities across the Sydney HQ
- Acting as the go-to contact between The Living Co. and building management for repairs, enquiries and loading dock bookings
- Supporting onboarding through office tours and building pass management for new starters
- Building strong relationships with EAs, IT and the broader Sydney HQ team as the office's subject matter expert
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordination or front-of-house role
- Positive, professional and "can do" energy, with immaculate presentation
- A team player willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and think logically about process flow and next steps
