As an OSHC Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the wellbeing and growth of primary aged children through before and after school programs. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, delivering high‑quality programs and experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and positive development.

In this role, the successful applicant will:
Create Inclusive Environments — Help set up and maintain inclusive, stimulating spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery.
Build Positive Relationships — Foster warm, nurturing relationships with children to promote emotional safety, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.
Collaborate with the Team — Work closely with the OSHC team to ensure smooth daily operations, consistent supervision, and a positive, child centred program culture.
Our TAS OSHC Service is offered on all school days, including pupil-free days (closed public holidays and for 2 weeks over Christmas each year.)
Vacation Care operates during school holidays and on pupil-free days. It combines excursions, theme-based days, specialty clubs and incursions.

Can assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality program, this includes contributing to the QIP.
