We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse and exceptional leader to join our executive team as Aged Care Manager / RN Clinical Lead. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape clinical services within an organisation that is investing heavily in governance, quality and sustainable growth under Australia’s new Aged Care Act.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all clinical services. You will oversee nursing services, care management, clinical governance and workforce capability while ensuring our services remain safe, compliant, person-centred and aligned with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing trusted clinical advice and helping shape the future direction of the organisation.
This is a permanent part-time role at 25 hours per week with an uplift to 30 hours initially for a fixed period.
You will:
- Lead clinical governance across the organisation.
- Oversee all nursing and care management services.
- Mentor and develop Registered Nurses and care management staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024, Support at Home requirements and Quality Standards.
- Lead clinical risk management, incident response and continuous improvement.
- Drive high quality, evidence-based clinical practice.
- Develop workforce capability through coaching, supervision and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with GPs, hospitals, allied health providers and community stakeholders.
- Provide meaningful governance reporting to the Managing Director and Board.
You are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading people, improving systems and making a genuine difference.
You’ll bring:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Significant senior leadership experience within home care, community health or aged care.
- Strong knowledge of the new Aged Care Act, Support at Home Program and Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative leadership style that supports and develops others.
- A passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement.
Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, clinical governance or health management will be highly regarded.
