About the Role
This is a hybrid ICT Account Manager – Sales & Growth role within a fast-growing managed services business.
You will manage existing client relationships while actively driving growth across managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI consulting solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also being proactive in identifying and converting new opportunities.
You will be expected to engage clients regularly, uncover needs, and convert opportunities into long-term managed service and technology solutions.
This is not a passive account management role — success comes from combining strong relationship management with a proactive, opportunity-driven sales approach.
After a successful onboarding period, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing a balance of office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
This position suits someone motivated by client relationships, commercial growth, sales targets, and building a long-term career in ICT and technology consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing ICT client accounts
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Drive new business across managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI consulting
- Own the sales process from opportunity identification through to close
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design solutions
- Maintain CRM accuracy and manage pipeline activity
- Contribute to revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2–4+ years’ experience in ICT sales, account management, customer success, or business development
- Exposure to or interest in Managed Services (MSP environment highly regarded)
- Experience working toward sales targets, KPIs, or revenue goals
- Understanding of core IT services such as:
- Managed IT services / support models
- Microsoft 365 / Azure or similar cloud environments
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage business clients confidently
- A proactive mindset — comfortable initiating conversations and following up opportunities
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, monday.com or similar)
- Interest in developing commercial and sales capability over time
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business solutions (advantageous but not required)

What We Offer
- $85,000 – $100,000 base + super + uncapped commission
- On-target earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $140,000+
