The overall purpose of the Advisor Client Services is to process Support at Home (SAH) funding claims within set timeframes in accordance with individual funding requirements, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and entered accurately. The role will liaise with the wider Accounts Receivable and Billing team providing knowledge and assistance where required.
- Submit electronic claims within specified timeframes, in accordance with individual funding requirements
- Complete self-assessments to ensure information is accurate and relevant, and make changes as required
- Manage SAH budgets including discharging and transfer of unspent funds
- Provide customer relations and advanced administrative functions for the purpose of SAH discharges
- Process Client Contribution and SAH level changes accurately, in the client management system
- Respond to queries and complaints, or escalate as appropriate
- Ensure all communication is professional, polite and maintains privacy and confidentiality
What we are looking for
- National Police Check (or ability to attain)
- Previous experience in an finance administration role with a focus on invoice/billing
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving and attention to detail
- Experience in prioritising and processing a high number of claims/invoices in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate level Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, Windows and an ability to learn new software programs.
- Knowledge of Alayacare would be highly regarded
