Job Description
Location: Port Augusta, South Australia
Status: Full Time Contract working 38 hours per week (2 year contract)
Annual Salary: from $110,102 to $114,983 per annum + superannuation
About the Position
The Program Lead – Family Relationship Centre (FRC) plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring strong program compliance and high-quality service delivery across the region.
This position provides technical guidance to Managers, contributes to strategic planning, and supports the effective delivery of Family Relationship Centre services in line with funding and organisational requirements.
As a Program Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading regional program compliance and ensuring consistency across sites
- Providing technical leadership, guidance and support to Managers and teams
- Monitoring program performance, data compliance and KPI achievement
- Preparing reports for funding bodies and contributing to submissions and tenders
- Supporting continuous improvement and development of program guidelines
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies
- Participating in strategic planning and regional networking activities
- Delivering client services and/or community education where applicable

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A degree or diploma in a human services discipline, leadership/management or a related field
- Experience in monitoring program data and ensuring objectives are achieved
- Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
- Experience working across local and regional service delivery contexts
- Experience maintaining program quality and consistency across multiple sites [
- Strong information management and reporting capability
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
- Proven ability to support or lead performance across teams or locations
Requirements of the role:
- Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check *
- Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check) *
- Hold a current South Australian Driver’s License (minimum Provisional License)
