Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering safe and effective nursing care in line with professional and clinical standards
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting patients, clients, or residents
- Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Recognising and escalating clinical deterioration or changes in condition appropriately
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and care staff
- Supporting care planning, continuity of care, and positive patient outcomes
- Adhering to infection control, compliance, safety, and workplace policies at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous nursing experience in hospital, aged care, community, or related healthcare settings
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR / BLS certification
- Full Australian working rights
- Relevant clinical competencies and healthcare experience
- Evidence of vaccinations and other compliance documents as required
- NDIS Screening Check or Working With Children Check where required for placement
