In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team that keeps critical data platforms running, this role helps ensure Transport for NSW’s enterprise data platforms are stable, reliable and ready to support day‑to‑day operations and future growth.
This role will see you lead the operational management of enterprise data platforms and related applications, making sure services are available, secure and performing well.
You’ll oversee platform operations, support enhancements, manage incidents, and work closely with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and continuously improve how platforms operate.
You will lead and improve platform operations, delivering reliable, scalable and customer‑focused data services in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment with evolving technology and business priorities.

About you
Your experience managing enterprise Azure data platforms and technology operations, gained in large or complex organisations, will see you confidently balance operational stability with continuous improvement.
You’re recognised as a trusted technical leader, skilled at problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and coordinating work across teams, with experience applying IT service management practices, operational governance and modern platform technologies.
