Brothers in Care is a specialised male-to-male NDIS support provider seeking a reliable, genuine Male Support Worker/Mentor for a 16-year-old NDIS participant in Springwood who runs his own small lawn mowing business every Saturday.
Brothers in Care supports NDIS participants across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast, matching them with men who genuinely want to make a difference, not just fill a shift.
The Role: 4 to 8 hours per week, flexible days. Community access, gym and fitness, Xbox, fishing, bush and beach walks, grabbing lunch and hanging out like mates. No personal care required.
What You'll Need:
- Patient, calm and reliable (approx. 25 to 35 years old preferred)
- An active lifestyle and lead-by-example attitude
- Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, including anxiety and intellectual disability
- Valid Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, active ABN
