Duties include and not limited to:
- Follow the designated route as per the patrol schedule.
- Perform routine inspections of sites to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor for unusual or suspicious activities, such as unauthorised personnel or signs of damage.
- Secure buildings and gates during lock-up duties.
- Open sites as scheduled, ensuring access is granted to authorised individuals only.
- Scan designated checkpoints to verify presence and completion of patrols.
- Use timestamped photos as proof of task completion.
- Report all suspicious activities and security breaches in the activity log.
- Take detailed notes using proper English, ensuring reports are clear and concise.
- Capture and upload photos for documentation purposes.
- Respond to emergencies professionally, including contacting law enforcement or site managers.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or site staff.
- Address client inquiries or concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
