About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries

Processing sales and handling transactions accurately

Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
-
Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
-
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment

Assisting with stock control and inventory management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate II in community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualification

Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
