About the Role
As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across the organisation. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processes, maintain payroll records and systems, and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring extensive payroll experience, a strong understanding of Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end processing of Sunnyfield's payroll.

Maintaining payroll and time and attendance systems.

Updating and managing employee payroll records.

Processing terminations and workers compensation payments.

Preparing payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory requirements.

Reconciling and processing superannuation contributions.

Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and managers.

Interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment contracts, including overtime and shift allowance provisions.

Supporting payroll compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
