AI Solutions Engineer
Level: Entry–Mid
Employment Type: Flexible (0.2–1.0 FTE), including full-time and part-time appointments.
About the Role
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will help enterprise customers successfully adopt AI technologies. You will work closely with customers and engineering teams to design, deploy, and support AI-powered business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements.
- Design AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Deploy AI applications in customer environments.
- Provide technical training and ongoing customer support.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in enterprise AI applications and customer engagement.
Preferred
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
- Experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
