Liquid Learning is growing our Gold Coast sales team and we’re looking for competitive, ambitious people who want their performance to directly determine how quickly they progress — and how much they earn.
This is a fast-paced B2B sales role based in Southport, with uncapped commission, clear targets, daily coaching and a realistic $100k+ OTE in Year 1. Top performers can earn $140k+.

What you’ll do
You’ll speak with organisations across Australia about professional development for their people.
Every day you’ll:
- Prospect – connect with decision-makers across corporate and government organisations
- Consult – understand their challenges and identify the right training solution
- Close – manage opportunities from first conversation through to booking
- Improve – receive daily coaching, feedback and sales training
It’s phone-based. It’s target-driven. And your results are very visible.

You don’t need years of B2B experience.
You do need to be:

- Highly coachable
- Motivated by earning more when you perform better
Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, recruitment or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
