In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering enterprise-wide financial performance reporting and insights. This role will see you analyse, validate and interpret large and complex data sets while supporting the delivery of accurate monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
You will lead improvements in reporting frameworks, systems, and processes, standardising approaches across the organisation and enhancing data integrity, within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The team rhythm includes regular in-person collaboration days with a requirement to work from our Elizabeth St Sydney CBD office.

About you
Your strong analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across financial management and reporting, preferably within large, complex organisations, will see you excel in interpreting data, resolving reporting challenges, and delivering meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
You're recognised as a proactive problem-solver, skilled at building relationships and translating complex information into clear insights, experienced in Power BI, financial modelling, and process improvement, enabling you to uplift reporting capability, support organisational objectives, and drive efficiency across the enterprise.
To be successful, you will hold a full membership of a recognised professional accounting body (CA/CPA).
