Gym Manager - 24fit Kadina
Know Kadina. Care about people. Want to make a difference in your community?
We're looking for the next Gym Manager of 24fit Kadina.
And while an interest in health and fitness is important, we're not necessarily looking for someone who has spent their career working in gyms.
We're looking for someone who is grounded, approachable and genuinely connected to the local community .
Someone who knows people, enjoys bringing people together and takes pride in making their community a better place.
At 24fit, our mission is simple:
Inspiring communities to live happier and healthier lives.
For our Kadina Manager, we want that mission to extend well beyond the four walls of the gym.
The person we're looking for
You might already be involved in local sport, schools, community groups, events or businesses. Or you might simply be someone who loves living in the area and wants to become more involved.
You'll be someone who:
Builds genuine relationships with people easily
Cares about providing a great experience for members
Is confident talking to prospective members and helping grow the club
Can lead, support and get the best out of a small team
Looks for opportunities to get 24fit involved in the Kadina and Copper Coast community
Brings ideas, personality and some fun to the workplace
Leads by example and follows through on what they say they'll do
Has a genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people
You don't need to be the loudest person in the room. You don't need to be obsessed with climbing a corporate ladder.
We're much more interested in finding someone dependable, connected and invested in seeing both the club and the local community thrive.
What you'll be responsible for
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day experience at 24fit Kadina, including:
Building strong relationships with our members
Welcoming prospective members and converting enquiries into memberships
Leading and supporting the Kadina team
Maintaining high standards throughout the club
Creating activities, initiatives and ideas that keep members engaged
Developing relationships with local sporting clubs, businesses and community organisations
Finding meaningful ways for 24fit to contribute to the local community
Helping grow the club while protecting the friendly, welcoming environment our members value
Working closely with our Operations and Head Office teams
This isn't a role where we want someone sitting behind a desk waiting for things to happen.
We want our Manager to know our members, know our team and increasingly become one of the faces of 24fit within the wider Kadina community.
Don't have fitness qualifications?
Don't let that stop you from applying.
A Certificate III in Fitness is welcome, but it isn't essential from day one.
For the right person, we're willing to support you in gaining your fitness qualifications.
We would rather find an outstanding people leader with the right values and help develop their fitness industry skills than miss that person because they don't currently hold a certificate.
