Step into a dynamic and pivotal role where you are the engine behind our students' educational journey, from apprenticeship to career launch! As our RTO Administration Officer, you won't just process student information; you'll be the crucial link empowering Heads of Departments and Trainers to deliver life-changing Vocational Education and Training (VET) within the apprenticeship environment
This isn't your average desk job. You’ll orchestrate the entire student lifecycle, from their initial spark of enquiry and seamless enrolment to the triumphant moment of certification. Your day will be a vibrant mix of responsibilities:

Championing Enrolments: Welcoming new students and managing the unique administrative needs of our apprentices

Driving Progression: Ensuring timely communication, smooth processing of assessments, and accurate data reporting for apprenticeship programs to meet regulatory requirements

Celebrating Success: Issuing qualifications that mark the start of new careers

Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a key administration contact, facilitating seamless communication between our internal teams, employers and apprentices

What you will bring:

Highly Desirable:

RTO administration experience in a similar role
