Newly created role in a growing team for someone to greet and qualify our huge range of potential customers who walk into our Traralgon / Warragul Display Home. All different reasons why they’re looking to build from a Knock Down Rebuild, to Home and Land in new estates to Acreage Homes, for renting, to selling off the plan, to living in for a short time or build their dream Metricon Home. Work alongside our experienced New Home Advisors who will mentor you to step up into their role!
Must have the ability to travel between Traralgon & Warragul where required.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Gippsland Sales team with display coverage and the Sales Manager / Regional Manager with Sales Activities

Meet and greet prospective clients and answer general inquiries

Promote the Metricon Iconic Brand and products, helping to drive potential sales

Provide general assistance to the New Home Advisor in the display or local events as required

Record client details via our database
-
Maintain the appearance and general tidiness of the display home

Compile and restock marketing related materials
-
Booking client meetings and appointments.

Providing sales administration support
-
Opening and closing of display centres and maintaining flawless presentation

Promote Metricon as a builder of choice in and around the Traralgon / Warragul Area

Sourcing leads and distributing marketing material; and
-
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar position within real estate or new home sales or a face to face customer service, sales or retail environment

Someone who is approachable, helpful and most of all confident in their ability to comfortably interact with a diverse range of customers from all different backgrounds and walks of life

Offer the best Customer Service when you first engage, to then Customer Manage them whilst give them the best Customer Experience that they commit, remember you or refer you

Highly energetic, self-motivated, and customer focused

Experience within the home building or a related industry desirable

Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
