The Role: Elevate the Experience
We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will serve customers with a friendly, knowledgeable manner throughout their visit.
Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation behind the counter and across the floor.
Operational Efficiency: Master the smooth and accurate use of our POS systems for orders and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Assist with all aspects of service to keep the venue running smoothly, including managing stock levels and assisting with dishwashing or kitchen operations when required.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Quick Service Restaurant, busy cafe, or bar) is desirable, but not essential.
Attributes: We are seeking energetic candidates with a respectful demeanor and a genuine willingness to learn new skills. You must be committed to being a helpful and collaborative team member.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Current Food Handlers Certificate.
Chemform Training Certificate.
