In this role, you'll:
- Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks to support secure, scalable and repeatable deployment of data services.
- Develop, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for data applications, ETL/ELT processes and infrastructure deployments.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers and analytics teams to provision and manage resilient cloud environments aligned with governance frameworks.
- Embed cybersecurity, compliance and well architected principles across all cloud and DevOps activities.
- Provide advanced operational support for data pipelines, orchestration tools and platform components, including performance tuning and incident management.
- Automate processes for disaster recovery, auditing and cost optimisation to support operational readiness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing new technologies and automation patterns.
- Act as a DevOps subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the evolution of cloud and data engineering practices.

About you
- Extensive experience designing, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, ideally within AWS.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform or CDK.
- Strong skills across scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell.
- Experience implementing secure, high performance data services with embedded monitoring, resilience and cost optimisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
