About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position delivering nationally recognised workplace safety training to a diverse range of industries throughout NSW.
Working within a supportive and experienced team, you'll deliver engaging training, assess student competency, maintain compliance requirements and help ensure every student leaves with the knowledge and confidence to work safely.
No two days are the same. You'll deliver practical, hands-on training, work with a variety of clients and industries, and be part of an organisation that values quality training and positive student outcomes.
Training Areas
We're particularly interested in applicants who can deliver two or more of the following:
- Work Safely at Heights
- Confined Space (Enter & Work / Gas Testing / Rescue Training)
- Low Voltage Rescue (LVR)
- Forklift and/or Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
Experience delivering additional workplace safety courses will be highly regarded.
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Relevant vocational competency in the units you wish to deliver
- Current industry and VET currency
- Experience delivering training within an RTO environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to engage students from a wide range of backgrounds
- Sound judgement when making assessment decisions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to student safety and quality training outcomes
You'll also require:
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Australian work rights
