We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Support Worker to provide quality support to clients in the Parramatta area and surrounding suburbs.
Essential Requirements
- Male applicant preferred due to client support requirements
- Native-level English communication is essential
- Current Australian driver's licence – essential
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, community care or a similar role is highly regarded
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to apply
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Qualification releated with disability or relavant sector
About the Role
- Provide support to clients in their homes and in the community
- Assist with daily activities and community participation
- Support clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Assist with transport and community outings
- Build respectful and professional relationships with clients
- Follow individual support plans and workplace procedures
