Join us as an IT Infrastructure Lead, and be part of something bigger.
As the Infrastructure Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening AnglicareSA’s technology environment. You’ll lead the Infrastructure function, ensuring our systems are secure, reliable and fit for purpose, while driving continuous improvement across our technology services.
Working closely with internal teams, leaders, vendors and technology partners, you’ll bring your technical expertise and leadership capability to identify opportunities, solve challenges and deliver improvements that enable our people to provide better outcomes for the communities we serve.
You’ll have the opportunity to make this role your own—leading a team, improving processes, influencing future technology direction and ensuring our infrastructure continues to support a growing and evolving organisation.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Supporting the Service Delivery team to deliver reliable, customer-focused technology services.
- Managing and improving our infrastructure environment, including cloud, network, systems and cyber security capabilities.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance service delivery, security and operational effectiveness.
- Supporting a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across Technology & Transformation
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading and supporting IT infrastructure environments, with the ability to balance technical delivery, service improvement and operational priorities.
- Strong experience across enterprise infrastructure, including cloud technologies, Microsoft environments, and cyber security practices.
- Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors and business leaders to deliver effective solutions.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive improvements and take ownership of outcomes.
We would also love you to have:
- Experience leading a technical team and building a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing technology vendors, service providers and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience working within a complex organisation where strong stakeholder relationships and customer-focused service delivery are essential.
