Australian Paving Centre is renown for their innovative approach to the retail masonry market through excellent customer service and industry leading display centres. APC promotes Australian made brands and a wide selection of garden blocks and outdoor improvement products.
You are a sales professional who can easily convert an enquiry into a sale. You relish the challenge of of taking an idea and turning it into reality. You can build a rapport with the trade clientele and assist them in technical enquiries. You are friendly, vibrant and enthusiastic.
This position has a broad scope of duties and responsibilities giving you a variety of daily activities. APC has a great team environment, interesting challenges and great sense of daily accomplishment. Work/life balance is an important feature to our business.
We are offering Full time or Part Time positions with rotating Saturday and Sundays.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Sales and marketing of all masonry products
- Up-dating displays
- Achieving sales targets and KPI
- Forklift operation
- Entering sales data into MYOB
- Merchandise advertising and promotion
- Quotes and tender writing
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes
Excellent customer service skills
Retail sale skills (Home Improvement exp highly regarded)
Computer literate
Drivers and Fork Lift licence
Flexible and a "can-do" attitude to work
Pay: $24.95 – $45.56 per hour
