Evolution Skilled Solution is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruitment. Full training will be provided in a supportive office environment.
About the Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles within the warehousing and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to candidate enquiries.
- Screen candidates over the phone to assess suitability for available positions.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews and inductions.
- Match suitable candidates to client requirements.
- Perform reference checks and employment history verification.
- Complete compliance checks, including Right to Work, licences, qualifications, and identification.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruitment systems.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs, including call volumes, candidate screenings, interviews, and placements.
- Work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to fill client vacancies efficiently.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Assist with general administrative duties and database management.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to achieve KPIs.
- Previous customer service or administration experience is highly regarded but not essential.
