Yass Montessori is entering an exciting chapter in the life of the Pre-School! Our new Children’s House is getting closer to opening. With the proposed expansion of student enrolments, the Pre-School is reaching out to qualified, experienced and like-minded Diploma Educators to join our amazing team.
Expressions of interest are invited for:
- Diploma‑Qualified Educators (part-time)
All positions are subject to Service Approval for the new service.
These roles offer the opportunity to work in a calm, nurturing Montessori environment with a supportive team committed to reflective practice and high‑quality outcomes for children.
We’re looking for educators who possess:
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to educating children
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- A current WWCC, National Police Check, First Aid & Child Protection training
- A working knowledge of Child Safe Practices
- An ability to act as a Responsible Person (advantageous)
- Value child‑led learning and respectful relationships
- An eagerness to grow their Montessori knowledge (training and mentoring provided!)
- An ability to work collaboratively within a small, dedicated team and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year experience in the role of Diploma qualified educator
