Full-time position, 38 ordinary hours per week, working from Monday to Friday.
Salary: From $80,000 per annum (negotiable post-interview based on experience).

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, members, and visitors.
- Oversee daily office operations, administration, and customer service activities.
- Supervise and support the Customer Service team.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain communication with CHARIS Headquarters.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for administrative tasks.
- Manage office documentation, records, and basic bookkeeping administration.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle escalated customer issues and support event coordination.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, team coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage documentation, inventory, and administrative processes.
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, retail, or direct selling (desirable).
- Fluent English and Korean (required). Business-level Korean communication skills are essential.
