Melbourne Glass Fencing Pty Ltd, is looking for an experienced Glass Balustrade Subcontractor to join our team, for ongoing, consistent work across Residential and commercial builds that include, Multi level, low rise apartments and Custom home projects across Melbourne Metro area and the Mornington Peninsula.
Looking for someone with their own setup/business who is searching for regular extra volume, or a sole trader looking for reliable consistent Subcontractor arrangment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- To be able to conduct Site Inspections/visits to meet with builders and site supervisors
- Must have extensive sound Knowledge of the Industry and trade, be update with all Australian standards and Victorian Building codes
- Precise site measuring (including glass staircases and raked panels)
- Preform Site quoting, and provide technical consultations
- Lead installation of glass and balustrade applications
- Own work vehicle and own trade tools
- Active ABN, White Card and Insurances
- Must be Professional, polite and confident to liasie with supervisors and suppliers
- To be able to able to oversee jobs from initial concept through project completion
- Coordinate directly with Suppliers to place, track and manage material and stock orders
Bonus Assest: Ability to Draft custom panels layouts in CAD form is a great advantage.
