We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, students and trainers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Make outbound calls to clients, students, and stakeholders for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, and general enquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Ensure the reception classrooms and common areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative environment is highly preferred.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
