About the role
Join SA Pharmacy as a Senior Pharmacist – Renal Services and play a key role in delivering specialist pharmacy care to patients with complex renal conditions. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will provide expert clinical advice, optimise medication management and lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy services that support safe and effective care.
This rewarding role combines advanced clinical practice with leadership, education and service development. You will work closely with nephrologists, nurses and multidisciplinary teams, supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help shape innovative pharmacy services that improve outcomes for renal patients.
About You
You are an experienced hospital pharmacist who combines specialist clinical expertise with strong leadership and a passion for improving patient care.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board registration
- Extensive hospital pharmacy and clinical experience
