Your Role as a Senior Specialist, FP&A
You will partner closely with the FP&A Manager and Commercial Finance team to deliver budget, forecast, and planning requirements. This role is responsible for driving process improvements and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance across the cluster and markets, in collaboration with Group FP&A.
While Group FP&A leads the global planning cycle, you will ensure alignment, add value, and constructively challenge processes to strengthen outcomes. As a key contributor within the cluster, you will support accurate forecasting, build robust and ambitious budgets, and enable strategic business planning.
The role requires a combination of strong forecasting/planning/analysis skills, combined with business acumen and commercial finance skills to explain drivers of business performance.
The key desired outcomes over the next 12 months for the Senior Specialist, FP&A:

Collaborate with cluster departments and play integral role to deliver on annual budget & forecasts submissions

Prepare monthly P&L variance analyses and commentary and identify OPEX efficiencies

Participate in BPR submission

Prepare quarterly Franchise P&L reports with commentary and seek data collection
Your Role as a Senior Specialist, FP&A
Budgeting and Forecasting

Follow Global guidelines and play important part to deliver ANZ budget and forecast submissions within set timelines

Guide and support departmental leads in providing relevant information whilst improving data collection processes
Analysis and commentary

Deliver insight and identify key drivers of cluster/market business performance

Provide insightful monthly commentary and variance analysis to Global counterparts and ANZ leadership team

Distribute quarterly Franchise P&L
Strategic Planning

Review and challenge OPEX spend to ensure yearly EBIT improvement
Systems and reporting

Work closely with BI team to convert current reports to new reporting platform

Maintain and utilise local forecasting tool until Global planning tool roll out
Personal Competencies:

3–5 years’ relevant experience

High energy with a drive to deliver across cluster and global priorities

Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and influencing skills

Able to exercise sound judgement and act independently

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability

Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)

Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG preferred
