Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

About the Role
Are you a passionate coffee professional looking to step into a leadership role? Piccolo Me North Parramatta is seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Cafe Manager to run our vibrant daily operations.
Our cafe is a streamlined and efficient. We focus on doing the simple things exceptionally well—serving up premium coffee, refreshing cold beverages, and a delicious, fresh selection of salads, sandwiches, and pastries.

Key Responsibilities
As the Cafe Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's daily operations. Your duties will include:
- Hands-on Service: Nailing the morning rush by making exceptional coffee and providing exemplary, friendly customer service.
- Inventory & Ordering: Managing stock levels, ordering ingredients and pastries, and minimising waste.
- Staff Management: Creating weekly staff rosters and ensuring the team is motivated and efficient.
- Cafe Presentation: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and overall cafe presentation so it's always adequately stocked and welcoming.
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced Barista: Strong barista skills are a must. You need to be confident, fast, and consistent on the machine during peak periods.
- Natural Leader: Previous experience in a cafe leadership, supervisor, or management role is highly preferred.
- Customer Champion: A warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for building relationships with our regular local customers.
- Organized & Reliable: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle ordering, rostering, and opening the cafe on time (6:00 AM sharp!).
