Position Title: Associate Director, Client Delivery Lead

Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Lead to own the successful delivery of a portfolio of cyber security projects and services on behalf of NCC Group. The role will focus on establishing and developing client relationships with a small number of our most complex client engagements. The role will play a key part in helping develop opportunities for increased revenues and as a result, a high level of commercial acumen is required.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, regulated industry. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes or services and will be responsible for shaping strategic delivery across our client base.
Summary:
Client Engagement
Be the ‘face of NCC Group delivery’ for your clients.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that project/programme deliverables meet expectations and compliance needs

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and direction shaped by expertise

Own the development and delivery of rolling quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for key clients

Programme and Service Delivery
Own a diverse portfolio of IT and cyber security projects and services from across NCC Group ensuring delivery across scope, budget, and schedule

Develop programme and service roadmaps to support client delivery

Monitor and guide the interdependencies across concurrent projects and services, ensuring cohesion and alignment of outcomes

Commercial Responsibility
Own and manage multi-project budgets, applying strong financial judgment to optimise resource allocation across your portfolio

Deliver accurate financial forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis tailored to the client’s specific needs

Grow NCC’s business through detailed understanding of client needs and anticipating opportunities for incremental business, focussing bringing in new recuring revenue streams.

Governance & Risk Control
Enforce governance structures that reflect the complexity and regulatory demands of the client

Identify portfolio-level risks and lead mitigation planning in conjunction with internal teams and external partners

Influence & Strategic Impact
Inspire and support cross-functional teams through vision, influence, and subject matter authority

Provide updates to executive management, articulating programme value and strategic outcomes using a clear, data-led methodology

- Own and drive implementation of NCC standards across your portfolio, ensuring project and programme management is delivered in a predictable and dependable manner
What we are looking for in you
Project/programme management and/or service management experience

Background in IT or cyber security services or projects with the ability to understand complex technical information and translate this into meaningful insights tailored to suit different audiences

Exceptional client management skills, ability to develop relationships and identify opportunities to drive service improvements and incremental revenues

Strong commercial and financial acumen; confident interpreting data to drive decision-making across multiple projects

Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide clients, team members, and stakeholders

Agile and resilient mindset; adept at leading change in high-stakes, fast-moving environments

Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are beneficial

Function Overview:
As well as delivery oriented indirect management of people, the role may have direct line management responsibilities at some stage although not envisaged to start.
