Sales Rep/Admin
The Position:

Training:
On-the-job training will be provided to assist develop the skills and product knowledge needed to achieve maximum potential in the new role.
Duties:
As a sales admin role the position will be very customer service oriented and include the following as a summary overview of the duties:
- Develop strong long term customer relations.
- Provide strong customer focused service.
- Assist with the sales of tyres & mechanical repairs.
- Process sales data into software programme to create invoices and enable timely customer sales follow-up.
- Assist with the purchasing process as required.
- Assist with inventory control and stock take.
- Contribute positively to the supportive team culture within the business.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven customer service skills.
- An energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- A willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- The ability to multi-task and process multiple demands in a busy work environment.
- A forward-thinking approach to sales growth and business expansion.
- A minimum C class driver licence
- The ability to work every second Saturday morning.
Although not essential requirements, applicants able to offer any of the following will be advantaged:
- Sales or retail experience.
- Tyre industry experience.
- A mechanical orientation or background.
The Hours:
Regular hours will be 8.00 to 5.:30pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday from 8.00 to 3 pm.
The Pay:
The position will be based on a Salary plus Commission structure, however, the commission will be activated after the initial 3-month training and probation period has been completed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Experience:
- working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (Preferred)
- sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Australian driver's licence (Preferred)
