About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Facility Manager (Nurse Manager - Grade to join us in this critical leadership role supporting high-quality, patient-centred care at our Harden-Murrumburrah MPS. You will lead the strategic and operational delivery of services, ensuring strong clinical governance, workforce capability and continuous improvement.
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:

Provide clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care within contemporary models of practice

Lead and manage quality, safety and risk processes, including incident management and continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee operational performance, including financial and resource management, to support sustainable service delivery

Lead, motivate and support multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance and positive patient outcomes

Apply change management approaches to address challenges in rural and community healthcare delivery

About You:
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex operational environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

A commitment to patient-centred care, safety, and continuous improvement
