Madonna Electric is a neighbourhood pizzeria with a proper bar and a crowd that likes both their pizza and done well. We're looking for someone who can shake a tin, pour a wine, and make a table feel like they've landed somewhere special.
The bar is yours — but we need you to understand it's not your hiding spot. When the floor needs you, you're there. We're a small team and the best teams do what needs doing, wherever that is.
You should genuinely like food and flavour — the menu changes, specials move fast, and we need you to sell with conviction, not just read off a card. If you've got dietary restrictions that make tasting the menu and your drinks awkward, this probably isn't the right fit.
What we're looking for:
At least a year behind a bar — you know your way around cocktails and you are proud of what you do. You've got presence and charisma without trying too hard. You remember names. You can read a room. You can find a different gear when it gets a little hectic. And at the end of the night your bar is cleaner than when you started.
