The Community Health and Integrated Care Team is seeking an Administration Manager to join the team. Based at the University of Canberra Hospital in Bruce, this role works across multiple sites and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the administration team, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of administrative support to both internal and external clients.
Reporting directly to the Operational Director, the Administration Manager works closely with managers across the service and collaborates with the broader senior leadership team within the Division to support the achievement of organisational outcomes.
To meet operational and organisational requirements, the Administration Manager may be assigned to alternative units within the Community Portfolio as needed.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a critical thinking mindset. The successful candidate will be highly organised, demonstrate a high degree of initiative, drive and flexibility, and can adapt to changing priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
